Order Questions
Why should I provide my real email and phone number when I order? I don’t want spam.
Your information stays private and we wouldn’t want to spam you. It’s important to have customer service to contact you about your order so nothing surprising happens! Inaccurate information is a finger’s slip away and occasionally your selection is so stellar that it’s on backorder. We use your email as confirmation and a record of the order. This allows us a way to keep the lines of communication open to keep you updated.
Why didn’t I receive an E-mail confirmation when I made my order?
Good for you for keeping your inbox safe with a tough spam filter. Though our confirmations are not spam, check there first. If the email isn’t there, please do not hesitate to call or Email Orderinquiryt@custome2atee.com. Don't forgot to add us in your safe Email List.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order has been created and packaged, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number provided by our carrier provider. Click on the tracking number and you can access to-the-minute location information.
USPS Tracking Terms:
· Manifest pick-up: This means your order is ready to be shipped and waiting for UPS to pick it up.
· Pick-up scan: This means it has left our facility and is on its way to you now.
· In transit: Your order is on the move.
· Out for delivery: Your item is really close, as in ‘on its way to your home this very moment.’
· Exception: This unlikely scenario means that USPS/ has run into very bad weather and is rerouting your order.
If there is no activity for two days, we can help. Our number is 1-919-809-5511; or email shipments@custome2atee.com. Please don’t hesitate to contact us! If your package has been damaged or lost by USPS it takes up to 8-10 business before we can re-ship your order or give you full credit.
I received an email stating that my item is on backorder, what does this mean?
Materials are sometimes seasonal or out of stock and will result backorder which you will see an “Out of Stock” notification. Of course, this amount of time will vary. You have several options:
· If you have purchased and are willing to wait, you can submit a request to be notified once supplies are available again for your order.
· You can choose another item instead of the one you purchased. If there is a price difference, you will either be credited or charged.
· You can simply cancel that particular item if you don’t want to wait for it or change the order.
When will my backorder item get shipped?
Customers that have purchased backordered items, will get an email notifying of shipment information. All purchased backorder items are shipped UPS ground shipping, free of charge.
I put the wrong shipping address, or made a mistake on my order, can you change it?
If you receive an order confirmation email and notice a mistake with the order, please call us at 1-919-809-5511 or Email CustomerSupport@custom2aTee.com. If it’s after business hours, leave us a clear and detailed message with your name, phone number, and your order number (if available).
Can I return or exchange final sale merchandise?
Final sale merchandise can’t be returned or exchanged, so purchase with care. That said, you are getting a terrific bargain—and it can always become a gift for someone else, right?

Do you make custom orders?
Yes, please subscribe and become a member of the Creator Studio which will grant you access to select and choose from our constantly growing inventory. Once a member you can also select the opt my style on some of our regular items.

-Do you have an actual store I can come visit?
Not at this time. Although I plan in the near future to participate in local events. Please subscribe and check out my blog for upcoming events where I will announce “C2a@Tee Setup Shop”. And as always, visit online often there are still tons of ways to stay in touch.
How can I get a coupon?
When you first sign up for Creator Studio you are automatically sent your first coupon code! Every time we have a new sale you will receive an email of the sale with a new coupon code. As a special bonus, invite others to purchase and item or purchase with their Creator Studio account, you will receive discounts on your next purchase. Multiple promos and/or coupons cannot be combined.
Where do I enter a coupon code?
When you are ready to complete your order, go to the checkout page and you will see a box to add coupon code and click on apply coupon button.
What if i forgot to use coupon code?
Contact us via email at with your order number at CouponCodes@Custom2atee.com or Call us at: 919-809-5511 with your order number and we will apply the coupon discount for you.
Do you have a catalog?
There is not a catalog at this time, but I am continuously working to expand handmade styles to choose. Subscribe and get access to my every growing and constantly changing inventory in the Creator Studio for a more personal and unique style.
Why am I receiving double charges on my credit credit/banking cards?
Unsettling, isn’t it? Blame the banks. This always happens when your purchase is pending. Wait until the order clears with your bank and you’ll see you’ve only been charged once.
